What We Do

We help managers to participate with purpose, courage, and skill in the everyday interactions through which performance outcomes emerge in practice – seeking to

shift the patterns of interaction in ways that increase the likelihood of ‘changing the game’ in organizationally beneficial ways..

We do this by introducing leading-edge thinking into the conversations around your specific issues and challenges – supporting you through an appropriate mix of hands-on consultancy; workshop facilitation; individual and team development; coaching and mentoring; and ‘keynote’ presentations.

We have also originated the wiggly world and informal coalitions views of organizational dynamics that sit at the core of our practice. We find that

these concepts resonate much more strongly with people’s everyday lived experience than those that reflect conventional management ‘wisdom’.
