Leadership and Organisational Development Workshops
We design, develop and facilitate participative workshops and briefing sessions around clients' business, leadership and organisational development agendas.
We use two basic approaches, although these can readily be adapted or applied in combination to meet clients' specific needs:
- Issue-Based Workshops are designed to address important business issues, and the implications of these for the organisation's leadership and organisational development agendas.
- Content-Based Workshops, development sessions and executive briefings are designed around leading-edge content in the areas of organisational change, leadership development and organisational dynamics. We do not offer a set menu of 'pre-cooked' courses for in-house development.
In all cases, the precise design and duration of workshops are agreed with the client, to suit the particular business circumstances, complexity of the issues involved and profile of the attendees. |
