Cass Business School

In December 2008, Chris was appointed as Honorary Senior Visiting Fellow in the Faculty of Management at Cass Business School, City University, London.The London-based network of senior OD practitioners that Chris runs also holds most of its bi-monthly meetings at Cass.

Centre for Progressive Leadership (CPL)
The mission of the Centre for Progressive Leadership (CPL) is to advance the progressive agenda by bringing together academics, policymakers and business people to reflect on the contemporary leadership deficit across all walks of life - and to develop solutions through thought leadership in the area.Its principles are 'open source software of the mind'. That is to say, members of the CPL don't own the debate, but they do adopt a position to stimulate it by putting the emphasis on a 'progressive' agenda - leadership intended to create more socially aware organisation design and managerial practice at all levels.
In August 2012, Chris was invited to become a Fellow of the Centre for Progressive Leadership, in the Faculty of Business and Law at London Metropolitan University.In July 2013, he published a White Paper for the CPL entitled, Taking Organisational Complexity Seriously, and led a Think Tank session on the topic.

EMCC UK is part of the Europe-wide European Mentoring and Coaching Council, which exists to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe.
Chris is a member of the EMCC, which supports the continuing development of his coaching and mentoring practice.
