Three R's of Revitalisation

Following from the above, it is important to:

  • recognise that resistance is natural and can be beneficial
  • help people to make sense of unfolding events in ways which resonate with their own aims and aspirations
  • work to create a resilient organisation, which can deal competently and confidently with the uncertainties and ambiguities of organisational life, and which sees ongoing organisational change as more of a challenge than a threat.
