The Executive Coaching Programme
Although ad hoc coaching sessions often arise as part of other consultancy interventions, a specific coaching programme might be provided for a particular manager or managers.
A coaching programme would typically comprise a number of sessions over a fixed period. In addition, support might be provided from time to time by 'phone and/or e-mail.
The programme would usually begin with an initial session to establish the relationship, agree the specific 'coaching contract' and review the base data (such as broad context, desired outcomes, existing psychological profiles, and other relevant information). Subsequent meetings would be scheduled to suit the manager's work needs and the coach's availability.
