The emphasis is on helping clients to shape their own thinking and to build their capability to deal with the specific challenges that they face. We shy away from using overly simplistic, deceptively packaged and ultimately unfulfilling 'fast food' solutions.

Where appropriate, a number of practical frameworks can be drawn upon to facilitate sensemaking conversations, enhance understanding and provoke new perspectives.

With new clients, we always arrange a free-of-charge preliminary meeting. This ensures that the services we offer can be properly matched to the challenges that the client faces, and that we can add sufficient value to merit our involvement. This meeting also provides an important first step in establishing a heathy and productive client-consultant relationship.
