In his informal coalitions weblog, Chris Rodgers discusses a wide range of ideas and issues relating to organisational dynamics, as viewed from an informal coalitions perspective.
The blog provides a way of continuing to explore and develop the principles and practices of Informal Coalitions, as well as enabling comments to be made on other ideas of the field. The primary aims are:
- to challenge conventional wisdom, where we feel this limits effective leadership of organisational change and performance
- to provoke new thinking and practice.
As such, the blog often goes into more depth on issues than would be usual in a typical consulting assignment!
