The list below provides examples of the types of consulting assignments that we have carried out with clients, in addition to the workshops and coaching outlined in other parts of this site. The particular perspectives that we offer within our client-centred consulting has included:
- providing advice and guidance to support the design, development and implementation of organisational change strategies
- stimulating and supporting new approaches to leadership development and strategic performance management
- scoping the organisational change and development aspects of a major acquisition
- working with a senior management team to develop the strategic profile of a new business and to determine key aspects of brand management: - articulating the brand promise, defining the brand values, and developing actions needed to build conviction about the brand
- developing proposals for improving the effectiveness of top-level management teams
