Chris Rodgers Consulting Limited was formed in August 1998 as a UK-registered Company, based in the Cotswolds.

We are an independent management consultancy, specialising in leadership, change and organisational dynamics. We work with clients across the UK and beyond; and we offer flexible coaching and consultancy support to organisations of all shapes and sizes.

Our consulting and coaching work is underpinned by extensive experience of operating in senior management roles inside organisations, the possession of relevant academic qualifications and a commitment to continuing professional development. In addition, the Consultancy complies with the ethical consulting standards of the Institute of Business Consulting.
